Postcard from KamilariWelcome to our many friends scattered around the world. In July 2003 the planets and stars aligned to create a unique set of circumstances. "We would love our own place.....That remark often overheard late at night in a taverna became a reality. Little did we know that a set of chance events would have us rummaging through our pockets for enough money for the deposit on a plot of land. In less than six months talk of holidays and far off retirement became discussions about the best route to travel and which shipping company to choose. On April 28th 2005 Lynne and I set off for a new home and new life in Kamilari in the south of Crete, Greece. After 30 years of 9to5 we are taking some time out, putting our feet up, thinking about our health, yoga practice and working on all those little projects there was never enough time for. We have
